今回は、先日ゲスト出演させていただいたインスタライブについてのお話です。

ライブ配信中は、みーこさんにリードしていただき、Ryusen Masunoは緊張しつつも、ライブ配信のテーマである『40代以降をどう生きる？』に対して、自分の経験を踏まえて感じていたことを自分の言葉でお話しすることができたと思います。
個人的には、『40代をどういうものと感じていたか』を語る場面（24分頃）に共感したのとRyusen MasunoがInstagramを始めた頃のプチエピソード（31分頃）の場面がクスッと笑えて印象に残っています。

This time, I'd like to talk about the Instagram Live where I had a guest appearance the other day.
On Saturday, September 2, 2023, I appeared as a guest on "Mikonooto."'s Instagram Live!

During the live broadcast, Ryusen Masuno was led by Miko, and although he was nervous, he was able to focus on the theme of the live broadcast, ``How to live in your 40s and beyond?'' I think I was able to express in my own words what I felt based on my own experiences.
Personally, I felt sympathy for the scene where he talks about ``what he felt like in his 40s'' (around the 24th minute), and the scene from Ryusen Masuno's small episode about when he started using Instagram (around the 31st minute) made me laugh. It made me laugh and left an impression on me.
