今回は販売中の絵本『BE ALL RIGHT』（電子書籍）のあとがきにも書かれていたRyusen Masunoの「色鉛筆との出会い」についてのお話です。
出会いは幼少期。
おもちゃは買わない方針の家庭で、買ってもらえたものといえば色鉛筆と画用紙ぐらいでした。
そこで、欲しかったキン肉マンの人形や超合金のロボット、ガンダムのプラモデルなどは、おもちゃ屋さんや友達の家でしっかりと観察し手作りしていました。
①観察して覚えたフォルムに多少アレンジを利かせながら画用紙に鉛筆描き。
②色鉛筆で着色した後、絵の輪郭に沿ってハサミで切り抜く。
③それと同じ輪郭を何枚も段ボールや厚紙に書き写して切り抜く。
④それらを全て貼り合わせ、最後に切り抜いた画用紙の絵を貼る。
→そうするとまあまあの厚さの手作り人形の出来上がり👍
それを見てひたすらずーっとニヤニヤしていた記憶があるとか…
当時の環境が結果的に色鉛筆との結びつきを強めてくれた訳ですから、本人は不本意だったかもしれませんが親には感謝ですね♪

This time, I would like to talk about Ryusen Masuno's "encounter with colored pencils", which is also written in the postscript of the picture book "BE ALL RIGHT" (electronic book) currently on sale.
Dating in childhood.
My family had a policy of not buying toys, so the only things they gave me were colored pencils and drawing paper.
Therefore, the Kinnikuman dolls, superalloy robots, Gundam plastic models, etc. that I wanted were carefully observed and handcrafted at toy stores and at friends' homes.
(1) Drawing with a pencil on drawing paper while making some adjustments to the form that I observed and learned.
(2)After coloring with colored pencils, cut out with scissors along the outline of the picture.
(3) Write the same outline on many sheets of cardboard or thick paper and cut them out.
(4)Paste them all together, and finally paste the cut out drawing on the drawing paper.
→Then you will have a reasonably thick handmade doll👍
I have a memory that I was grinning all the time when I saw it...
The environment at that time eventually strengthened my connection with colored pencils, so I may have been reluctant to do so, but I am grateful to my parents.
